Senior Executive – Franchise

About the job:
To coordinate, facilitate, and progressively lead the implementation of Careclinics' franchise business model. This role acts as both an operational coordinator and Deputy Project Lead, supporting the COO in driving all stages of franchise development, from business planning to execution and partner management. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate initiative, project ownership, and the ability to independently steer workstreams while maintaining alignment with strategic direction provided by the COO.
Accountabilities
1. Franchise Administration & Implementation
Coordinate documentation and administrative processes for franchise setup and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of franchise inquiries, applications, approvals, and agreements.
Support the preparation of franchise manuals, SOPs, and operational templates.
Track project milestones and provide regular progress updates to management.
Assist in identifying operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions to accelerate rollout.
2. Partner Coordination & Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for franchise partners and prospects, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Schedule meetings, prepare briefing notes, and coordinate follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
Support logistics and arrangements related to partner visits, briefings, and training sessions.
3. Deputy Project Lead Responsibilities
Act as Deputy Project Lead in franchise development initiatives, driving progress under the guidance of the COO.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and HR.
Lead designated project workstreams (e.g., franchise documentation, operational readiness, or partner onboarding).
Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and risks are monitored and reported proactively.
Demonstrate capability and readiness to eventually lead franchise rollout initiatives independently.
4. Market & Data Support
Conduct market research and benchmarking of healthcare and service-sector franchise models.
Prepare business summaries and presentation materials to support decision-making.
Track performance metrics of existing franchisees and identify improvement opportunities.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain franchise trackers, databases, and filing systems.
Generate concise, data-driven reports and presentations for management reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in business coordination, partnerships, or franchise project management.
• Experience in healthcare, retail, or service-based franchising preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills with high attention to detail.
Other Requirements
- High attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for franchise coordination activities
