Job Description
  • Partner Recruitment & Account Opening

    Work together with Business Development Manager to identify, recruit, and open accounts with strategic partners such as sintered stone fabricators, big slab and marble suppliers, kitchenware providers, and related industry players to promote, sell and distribute Verticas products.
  • Showroom & Display Activation

    Coordinate the setup of product displays and distribution of marketing collaterals at partner locations to support brand visibility and sales activation.
  • Program Development & Execution

    Execute support programs including product training, promotional campaigns, and collaboration initiatives—such as co-branding and solution-based partnerships (e.g., integrating Verticas into kitchen cabinetry offerings).
  • Interior Designer (ID) Market Penetration

    Actively engage and influence design-and-build firms and smaller-scale interior designers to specify Verticas in their projects.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in commercial roles such as sales, business development.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the tile, sintered stone, marble, or broader building materials industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the design & build ecosystem, including fabricators, kitchen cabinet makers, interior designers, developers, and architects.
  • Knowledge of large format tile application, sales cycles, and installation challenges is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong commercial sense.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute support programs such as training, co-branding, and promotional campaigns.
  • Based in Klang Valley but must be willing to travel nationwide for partner recruitment, customer engagement, and project servicing.
  • Open to exploring international markets as the brand scales (no split between domestic & international coverage).
  • Highly independent, proactive, and agile in adapting to a new business segment.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven and startup-style environment.
