Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/ Engineering or related discipline
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge in basic project management skills will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player and able to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Work travel is required on short notice.

Job Responsibilities:


• Installation & Commissioning

  • Set up and configure new machines or systems at customer sites.
  • Ensure proper calibration and functionality before handover.


• Maintenance & Repairs

  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) to avoid breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment when issues occur.
  • Replace faulty parts and ensure minimal downtime.


• Technical Support

  • Provide remote or onsite support for customers.
  • Guide users on operation, safety, and best practices.


• Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs.
  • Record machine conditions, spare parts usage, and test results.


• Customer Communication

  • Update customers about repair progress or findings.
  • Advise on maintenance schedules and improvements.


• Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, R&D, and production teams to report recurring issues or product improvements.
