In this role, you will ensure long-term customer satisfaction, team development, economic performance, and the implementation of the local commercial policy through Decathlon Malaysia's policy.

i. To Customers

  • Know the technical features and user benefits to offer customers appropriate products and services.
  • Organize and manage the team's availability to customers based on sales activity.
  • Improve and develop customer information by encouraging loyalty card subscriptions.

ii. To The Team

  • Recruit sports talents with a sense of service and practicality.
  • Ensure the team structure aligns with Decathlon Malaysia's commercial policy and economic targets.
  • Develop team skills and confidence through regular individual and team meetings.

iii. To The Company

  • Propose annual objectives approved by leaders.
  • Analyze the local market and build commercial policies for each sport.
  • Manage economic performance and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Boost sales using resources and commercial tools.
  • Manage sports experience to encourage customer engagement.
  • Produce high-quality implementations based on internal strategies.
  • Maintain store layout to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate stock availability.

iv. For Safety of People and Goods

  • Enforce department safety standards.
  • Apply security procedures and combat shrinkage.
  • Train the team on safety measures.
  • Observe product safety policies.
  • Lead as duty manager when needed.

v. Development and Complementary Skills

  • Manage personal development and training plans.
  • Participate in training and develop training skills.
  • Improve teammates' skills with the leader.
