EXPORT Release booking to customer.Update booking in port system and container number if necessary.Follow up SI to Prepare draft BL, invoice billing, print BL, release BL to customer and K5submission.Follow up payment before release shipment/BL to customer.Communicate with customers on a daily basis and build-up relationship.Support the team and perform cross functional activities when necessary.Prepare delay letter / shut out letter for customer if necessary.Send shipment pre-alert to destinations after vessel sailed from POL.Assist outbound DND and issue invoice if necessary.Assist on daily vessel/booking forecast/CBF if necessary.Assist on monthly lifting report if necessary.Assist sales in quotation/rates and free time filing with Principal.IMPORTIssue demurrage and detention invoice within 3 days after container pickup/return.Issue reefer monitoring invoice after receive bill from Port.Issue container repair invoice within 3 days after container return.Prepare monthly Final Out Turn (FOT) Report within 7 days after month completion.Any other ad-hoc duties assign by direct superior. If your qualifications, experience, and aspirations match our requirements, please include your resume with current & expected salary, and availability. Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Must possess at least SPM; fresh graduate is welcome to apply.Proactive, quick-thinking, and positive learning attitude.Have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, result-oriented, team-oriented, strong cross-group collaborator.Bilingual in multi-language to communicate with multinational workforce.Able to start work within short notice.
