Have a good understanding and understanding of the company’s productsInteract with customers in timely manner and ensure follow up and ensure each feedback is closely properlyUpdate and maintain accurate documentation (customer service documentation), investigate issues and reportEnsure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer supportCommunicate and coordinate with various internal staff and stakeholders as necessary regarding customer orders, inquiries, etc.Participate in the implementation of operational, process and productivity initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy and reduce order fulfillment issuesMaintain good communication and relationships between external and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the order processing process.Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in service processes.Perform any other ad hoc tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.Ability to communicate confidently internally and externally.Competent on MS Office, particularly Excel (Vlook Ups, Pivot Tables)Good team player, positive attitude, work well with all levels of people.Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin & English.
