  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the companyâs products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets.
  • Provide insight and thought leadership within your dedicated sector and build profile through regular interaction with key stakeholders.

What you need to have: 

  • Experience in generating new business from scratch.
  • Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential insurance clients.
  • A âHunterâ mentality with previous experience in B2B sales experience.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
