Position Responsibilities

  • Process orders from retail customers and distributors and manage outbound with warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate with logistic partners, warehouse partners and receiving centers to ensure timely order fulfillment including resolving any issues that arise and effectively communicate to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the inbound of returned deliveries and report product defect and logistic issues to internal teams.
  • Prepare inventory-related reports and present to internal teams and management
  • Manage stock transfers between appointed warehouses to ensure smooth inventory fulfillment processes.
  • Own the working relationship with logistic providers and think of ways to improve the quality of their delivery service.
  • Execute and ensure that the daily supply chain processes are running smoothly that includes inbound, picking, packing, stock transfer and outbound.
  • Work closely with warehouse partners to ensure inventories are managed, stored and recorded properly according to the standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support supply of goods for promotional marketing, new market launches, company events and new product development.

Qualification & Experience

  • To be successful in this role, you must be willing to be a part of a rapidly growing team and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are proactive and constantly have a desire to learn and find ways to improve the existing processes. Some of the criteria that we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.1-2 years working experience in operations or supply chain management is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Good proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of operations or supply chain management.
