Business Development Executive

Pentas Flora is Malaysia’s largest and most trusted comprehensive and consolidated waste management company. With more than 12 years of experience under our belt, we are well known as specialists in managing scheduled waste for clients from various industries.
Our main goal is to provide an end-to-end solution for hazardous waste management with specialised re-refining services where we produce fuel oil and eco base oil from waste oil, in order to create a sustainable green environment for the nation. To date, our pro-active solution has recovered the vast majority of industrial waste in Malaysia. The Role Job Responsibilities- Develops and implements strategic business and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives and targets for oil collection.
- Establish close relationships with both corporate customers and suppliers of waste oil (especially the automotive industry) and expand new business opportunities.
- Identify, source, and conduct marketing research.
- Monitor competitors’ products, sales, and marketing activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and clients.
- Prepare and present analysis and reporting.
- Actively promote the company's services and image.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and skills.
- At least 3 years of experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the Automotive, Chemicals, and Environment / Renewable Energy / Sustainability industry.
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
- A strong networker & relationship builder.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- Willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
