Job Description- Create, maintain, and update employees’ status, and personal files and match them with the company’s HR system.
- Preparing job postings for vacancies, scheduling interviews, and preparing all recruitment data, such as application rate, job offer rate, job offer acceptance rate, reason for rejecting job offer, and more.
- Execute new employee onboarding, confirmation, and off-boarding.
- Process monthly payroll including payment to statutory bodies.
- Handle employee disciplinary issues from issuing warning letters, show cause letters, etc to execution of counseling sessions.
- Assist in the improvement of the performance management system and educating managers on the execution of effective performance management.
- Understand the Company's policies and ensure employee compliance to company policies.
- Improve the Company's Hr policies and processes from time to time and ensure its compliance with the law.
- 3 years of experience in General HR functions, including payroll, industrial relations, etc
- Knowledge and experience in handling payment to statutory bodies including, HRDF/ EPF/ SOCSO/ LHDN.
- Well-versed in English communication including writing and speaking.
- Well-versed with the latest employment law.
- Good problem-solving skills.
