Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Answer a high volume of inquiries and meet designated service level thresholds determined by the Company Provide information on our products and service; demonstrate our commitment to Customer Service. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in regard to customer billing and credit card information. Diffuse difficult customer situations Must be able to organize and prioritize workload. Interact positively with co-workers. Good attendance is mandatory. Be customer-oriented and understand the value of offering excellent service to exceed customers' expectations. Ability to multi-task and to acquire extensive product knowledge quickly. Requirements Customer Service and online chat Replying email Social media Inbound/outbound Averagely 80% voice, chat 15%, and outbound 5% Must be a self-starter, exercise independent judgment, and make sound decisions. Attention to detail and follow through are critical. Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills / PC skills and Internet familiarity. Demonstrate computer systems proficiency in Microsoft and Internet based. Basic operating knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Must be fluent in English language and Mandarin, including Spelling and Grammar. Able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin. Basic math skills. SPM and above 24x7 shift rotation.(9 hours) 5 working days a week (Mon to Sun)
