We will count on you to:
â¢Provide quality customer service to clients over phone call, email or on portal navigation to resolve clientâs enquiries efficiently, including liaising with internal & external clients.
â¢Provide customers with product and service information
â¢Identify and escalate priority issues and able to route calls to appropriate resource
â¢Complete call logs to ensure that the day to day transactions performed are tracked accurately and in timely manner
â¢Follow up customer calls where necessary and document all call information according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while ensuring SLA requirements are met.
What you need to have:
â¢A Bachelorâs Degree in any field
â¢1-3 years experience in Contact Centre/Call Centre Environment
â¢Proficient in MS Office (Pivot Table, Excel Formulas and Words)
â¢Ability to understand, speak, read and write English is required
â¢Ability to understand and converse in Mandarin is an advantage
â¢Must possess professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
