We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for collecting, organising and analysing platform data, discovering problems and opportunities in user behavior, product operations, etc., and proposing corresponding optimisation suggestions.
- Based on the results of data analysis, combined with target user needs and market conditions, formulate middle-platform operation strategies, including strategies for user growth, user retention, user activity, etc.
- Cooperate with the technical team to design and develop the tools and systems required for middleplatform operations to improve operational efficiency and data analysis capabilities.
- Responsible for the overall management of the middle platform tasks, including optimisation of operational processes, improvement of team collaboration, and realisation of middle office operation goals.
- Communicate and cooperate with internal and external partners to ensure the smooth progress of middle-platform operations, such as collaboration with product teams, technical teams, marketing teams, etc.
- Participate in the marketing activities of middle platform products and be responsible for event planning, execution and effect tracking.
- Handle user feedback, solve user problems, improve user satisfaction, and maintain user relationships.
- Regularly generate data reports and summaries of middle platform operations, and report work progress and operational results to superiors.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants with a bachelor's degree or above, and work experience in the Internet, e-commerce, finance and other industries are preferred.
- Have more than 3 years of experience in middle platform operations or related work, and be familiar with the operational processes and business needs of each business center;
- Be familiar with the basic concepts and methods of middle-platform operations, and possess skills such as data analysis and problem solving;
- Have good oral and written communication skills, and be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with various business centers;
- Have good teamwork spirit and be able to cooperate with colleagues from different departments to complete projects and tasks together;
- Have good data analysis skills, be able to make reasonable suggestions for improvement based on data results, be able to think and solve problems independently, and have strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities;
- Be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure, be able to complete tasks efficiently in a fastpaced work environment, have good learning ability, and be able to continuously learn and update knowledge and skills related to middle-platform operations.
