Accountabilities Fulfil end-user requirements in the most efficient manner. Ensure all activities align with COMPANY regulations and PETRONAS Procurement Standards. Continuously enhance internal procurement processes, identifying and addressing potential risks and exposures to the COMPANY. Educate other departments on best practices and achieving full cost recovery. Engage in procurement-related initiatives by PETRONAS and submit necessary reports to Group Procurement. Qualifications Bachelors degree required; professional certification from accredited bodies is advantageous but not mandatory. Minimum of 5 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 3 years with an E&P operator or contractor in Malaysia. Familiarity with the latest PETRONAS Procurement Standard revisions and practical experience with various procurement processes over the last 3 years, with direct involvement in Group Procurement PETRONAS being desirable. Proficiency in SAP is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity.
