Head of Logistics

- Define the local logistics strategy and identify internal and external capability gaps.
- Design warehouse footprint that balances service levels and costs, both for B2B customers and B2C
- Define annual logistics expenses budget and monitor monthly the trend and any gaps
- Support logistics executive in contracting the right 3PL partners and implement a robust KPI review and continuous improvement process.
- Implement robust processes to identify risks and take corrective action to avoid abnormal logistics costs
- Install effective Standard Operating Procedures for all the logistics processes. Have an official SOP repository and ensure all staff and 3PL's are trained
- Ensure 3PL’s execute regular reconciliation between physical stock and system stock through cycle counting and rigorous investigation of discrepancies.
- Standardize the Procedures for the reserve logistics (returned goods) and the mechanism for regular clearance of the B/C grade products.
- Minimum 8 years working experience in Logistics, managing 3PL contracts and performance.
- Experience managing a warehouse is strongly preferred
- Min. Bachelor degree in Supply Chain related field
- Strong analytics & negotiation skills
- Exhibit entrepreneurship and motivation to deliver results
