  2. Monitor all accounts under supervision to ensure timely remedial action is taken.
  3. Meet and discuss with Borrowers on proposals for settlement of loans, loan restructuring and rescheduling, compromised settlements as guided by Bank’s policies and guidelines. 
  4. Attend meetings with lenders to formalize a workout plan. 
  5. Closely monitor with the solicitors on the progress of recovery action on accounts including installment plan.
  6. To vet through loan agreements and letter of offers on settlement plans.
  7. Ensure appropriate notices are issued timely. 
  8. Liaise with solicitors on civil and foreclosure actions and take appropriate action, provide feedback on their performance. 
  9. Liaise with other business partners such as consultants, valuers and auctioneers, receivers and managers, monitoring accountants and take necessary actions. 
  10. Discuss with CBCs on the account background to ensure appropriate account strategy.
  11. Lodge and retrieve security document with CSA as well as to ensure enforceability of security documents.
  12. Dealing closely with internal audit and external audit as well as BNM to ensure compliance.
  13. Conduct periodic site visits to the borrower to assess business viability and condition of the charged collateral 
  14. Peruse bills received through solicitors and other professionals and ensure all bills reflect the amount of work done. 
  15. Update valuation in collateral system as per the BNM guideline.
  16. Ensure adequacy of provisions based on individual assessment of the accounts assigned. 
  17. Timely write off of Bad Loan and ensure accurate update as approved by Management in the CAF/RMS system.
  18. Ensure accurate submission of reports. 
  19. Perform other duties as required by Supervisor and/or Team Leader and/or Head Of Department and/or Management.
