Overview: Performs all phases of the payroll processing cycle to include master payroll balancing, statutory contributions, payroll tax reconciliations, payroll register and required reporting in an accurate and timely manner. Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure high accuracy of payroll reports and payouts. Maintains confidentiality of all information related to payroll records. Performs all phases of the payroll processing cycle to include master payroll balancing, payroll tax reconciliations, payroll register and required reporting in an accurate and timely manner. Update and maintain employees' records in the system e.g. basic salary, positions, transfers, promotions and personal details. Update and monitor of the employee attendance records, claims, overtime, leave records, deductions, allowances in the HR system. Update the Employee welfare (Medical/Insurance and benefit claims, leave management and etc) Ensuring all statutory contributions (EPF/SOCSO/PCB/HRDCORP) are properly accounted for and on time remittance, and to keep current updates on the statutory changes. Ensure the accuracy of foreign workers' attendance & payment. Conduct payroll-related training for the Operations Team. Requirements: Executive / Sr Executive: At least 2 – 5 years' experience of payroll processing experience. Manager: At least 7 - 10 year(s) of working experience , preferably HR generalist specializing in Payroll, IR & ER, and Office Admin. Experience in shared services is an added advantage. Familiar with HR/payroll system will be added an advantage. Good knowledge of Employment Act Able to work within a team environment, possess skills to support process change, willing to learn and independent. Highly organized and detailed orientated.
