Help Desk Support

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Help Desk Support.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users while ensuring excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely technical support via various communication channels.
  • Document and track all support interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems.
  • Stay updated on technology trends to provide relevant and up-to-date assistance.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in both Bahasa Melayu and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates from IT and Finance fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 33 months

From RM2,500.00 per month
