Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management: Calculate and process payroll accurately and on time for various clients. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Documentation: Draft and manage employee letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents.

Insurance Administration: Oversee employee insurance plans, manage claims, and liaise with insurance providers.

HR Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Employee Relations: Provide support in handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for clients' employees.

HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to management and clients.

Client Support: Provide HR consultancy services to clients, offering guidance and solutions to HR-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and payroll processes.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
