  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about services or obtain details on their queries.
  • Sell tickets as per customer request and needs.
  • Meticulous and tidy at the opening and closing reports.
Keep the counter clean.
  • Boarding buses and checking customers' numbers and tickets as per SOP.
  • Check to ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customer problems.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
  • Following the process and procedure of the Company.

Airebus Sdn Bhd is the provider of Executive coach Services under the tag line: "The Convenient Way to Fly".

Established in July 2003, operating with 28 double-deck coaches under the name of "Aeroline" with 100 workers inclusive of drivers, stewards, bus mechanics, accountants, and a sales and management team to support our services to ensure all our customers/passengers are taken care of.

Aeroline operates its own bus maintenance workshop to fully service all our coaches on timely manner to ensure our coaches are always in tip-top condition for a smooth and safe delivery of our customers/passengers.

Our mission is to eliminate the hassles of going through crowded, city bus terminals by transporting our customers/passengers from city-centre to the destinated city-centre in order for them to check in to the hotel upon arrival conveniently.

Currently we have more than 700,000 customers/passengers travel with Aeroline. We provide our services with punctuality, safety and professionalism with the best of our abilities to all our customers/passengers.
