Job Description:
Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang.

As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat channels.2. Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customers receive accurate and timely information.6. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.7. Meet individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:
1. Hardworking and reliable personality traits.2. Strong project management skills.3. Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.7. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
