  • To develop marketing strategy, tactics and sales plan to ensure targets set are achieved.
  • To assist in ensuring that the team meets or exceeds its objectives; and the vision, mission, policies, objectives and core values of the hospital are embraced and promoted in the workplace.
  • To undertake other duties as assigned by Superiors from time to time / when necessary.

Key Roles

  • To implement and coordinate marketing activities (Exhibitions / Road Shows / Corporate Visits & Presentations / Health Talks / Gatherings) as per the work plans and maximize publicity & promotional exposure through those activities.
  • To establish key relationships and to engage with C.I.P.A.D. to get more referral and business opportunities.
  • To attend meetings with local market staff and other relevant staff to ensure smooth operation and implementation of local market objectives
  • To liaise with relevant departments / Doctors for enquiries / request for quotations from C.I.P.A.D.

Others

  • Computer literacy, competent in Microsoft Office programs and excellent writing skill
  • Highly motivated, results orientated, independent, with business sense and attuned to market intelligence

Qualification and Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Admin / Public Relations / Mass Communications/ Hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Chinese orally and written (To handle Chinese speaking patients) is a must.
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in hospital/healthcare marketing field or relevant field is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Possess own transportation as will require to travel to Muar region for Marketing events.
