Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

_

  • Manage day to day operation by monitoring all FSMS tickets with the team and take action as required to ensure the operation run smoothly.
  • Identify issue and gaps within daily operation and work on improvement and fix to the issue and gap.
  • Monitor the service calls to ensure they are closed by the technical staff on time once the problem has been resolved to maintain >90% SLA Hit Rate
  • Handling subordinates and customer escalation and act upon it immediately on daily operation.
  • Ensure all related documents for Per Call are received and submitted for billing, this including monitored and updated in the system
  • Have regular one to one session with subordinates to provide guidance and assist them on the challenge they face and assist them to improve their soft skill and technical skill.
  • Raise Internal Requisition Form (IRF) to vendors for service request, spares / B2B requisition form to request spares to support customer maintenance contracts
  • Assist and provide administrative support and perform clerical tasks
  • Internal Billing follow up with engineers for projects forecast and status, compile with the monthly billing and report and send to the managers at the end of the month

Education and Experience:_

  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
  • Strong in End user related Product knowledge and skills
  • Knowledge in First Level Network/Server support will be added advantage.
  • Experience in developing support process and guide as well as training new joiner is preferable Strong verbal and written communication skills, will be a true team player with a commitment to
- success, and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing systems environment

  • Good in both written and spoken in English language
