Job description


Front Office Assistant is responsible for the operation of the Front Office Department in providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistently in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

He / She will handle the daily operation of the Front Desk (Reception), Cashier, Customer Service as well as Concierge Service.


Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all guest are welcome and attended to immediately at the reception counter.
  • To handle guest checkin and checkout procedures
  • To ensure all messaged are keyedin correctly and accurately immediately upon receipt of requests
  • To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the property standard.
  • To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problem to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with the guests.
  • To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work based on the duty roster and to the standard set.
  • Please note that the standards are reviewed and change on a regular basis reflecting change in trends, guest expectation and operating philosophies.
  • To perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned.
  • To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Property related services and products and the ability to recommend alternative to guest when necessary.
  • To undertake any task and duties as assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,600.00 per month (Including fix allowances, overtime and other benefits)

Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Early shift
  • Night shift
*Accommodation is provided upon request for outstation employee

*Training will be provided for fresh employee

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (required)

Experience:

Office Assistant: 1 year (required) + Fresh graduates is encourage to apply

Language:

  • English (required)
  • Bahasa (preferred)
