Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative & clerical support to HR department.
  • Assist in ensuring daily human resource functions are running smoothly.
  • Assist in payroll preparation work.
  • Assist in prepare HR related documents.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum STPM with at least 2 years of working experience in related functions, however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably with some basic knowledge in Sarawak Labour Ordinance and Human Resource practices.
  • Possess pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Able to communicate (Written & spoken) in English, Malay & Mandarin.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Payroll System, E-leave, E-Claim)
