  • Finding and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to obtain prices and best service.
  • Monitoring implementation and cleanup, ensure everything runs smoothly and following schedule.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to provide regular updates and ensure compatibility with event objectives.
  • Dealing with any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event and able implement effective solutions quickly.
  • Updated with current industry trends to improve experience.

Criteria

  • Minimum SPM, diploma in event management, hospitality or any related fields
  • 12 years of experience in the field or similar
  • Able to multitask
  • Skillful in communication, negotiation both written and verbal
  • Creative and innovative thinking also problem solving skills
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Interested in organizing impactful event and fulfill customer's expectation
