JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
-


  • Sourcing supplier especially from China.
  • Order stationery and maintain stock levels of all items.
  • Incharge of Canteen Ordering.
  • Issue purchase orders for Ice, Calibration, Lab Test and other related tasks.
  • Assist in sourcing of Refrigeration, Air-Cond & Maintenance parts.
  • Assist Manager in fill up K1 Form.
  • Assist in ISO documentation (data collection & registration).
  • Data entry, filling paper work and settle document.
  • Inform supplier regarding the payment released / help to bankin.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers and confirm delivery date, quantity order and follow up until the goods receive.
  • Request and follow up payment from account department.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must in spoken and written

  • High level of integrity and meticulousness.

Pay:
From RM1,500.00 per month
