Sourcing and buying goods and services necessary for an organization's operations as guided by the director.
- Issuing Purchasing Order for internal documentation purposes.
- Ensure all suppliers' Delivery Order are acknowledged with date recorded by Production or Driver and perform Good Received procedure in system.
- Documenting goods and services required by each Sales Order.
- Issuing Quotation and Sales Order based on Customer's PR and PO.
- Issuing Sales Invoice and Delivery Order from Sales Order.
- Monitoring Fabrication Report Checklist to ensure customer receives the Fabrication report which prepared by QC Department.
- Customer and Supplier Account maintenance.
- Maintain an efficient filing system.
- Other clerical works as delegated by superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
