Sourcing and buying goods and services necessary for an organization's operations as guided by the director.

  • Issuing Purchasing Order for internal documentation purposes.
  • Ensure all suppliers' Delivery Order are acknowledged with date recorded by Production or Driver and perform Good Received procedure in system.
  • Documenting goods and services required by each Sales Order.
  • Issuing Quotation and Sales Order based on Customer's PR and PO.
  • Issuing Sales Invoice and Delivery Order from Sales Order.
  • Monitoring Fabrication Report Checklist to ensure customer receives the Fabrication report which prepared by QC Department.
  • Customer and Supplier Account maintenance.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Other clerical works as delegated by superior.

Job Types:

RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
