Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment

  • Representing company at career fairs and seminars.
  • Building partnerships with universities and colleges for intern placements.
  • Understanding hiring needs by analyzing organizational goals.
  • Crafting innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
  • Streamlining recruitment processes in Pelangi Portal.

Training and Development

  • Creating yearly training plan & budget, managing training requirements efficiently.
  • Conducting training needs assessments and enhancing training quality.
  • Designing and delivering tailored training programs.


  • Gathering training feedback for improvement.
  • Updating staff on new processes and knowledge.
  • Recording employee training records in Pelangi People portal.
  • Collaborating with external trainers for relevant programs.

Engagement Activities

  • Researching employee needs, interests, and concerns.
  • Organizing engagement initiatives and gathering feedback through discussions.
  • Encouraging employee input to enhance work environment and processes.
  • Fostering a positive work culture and boosting employee motivation and retention.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar.
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in Talent & Culture/Human Resources.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia occasionally.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
  • Overtime may be required for events outside regular hours.
