Our team comes from SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions.

We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.


Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and manage client relationships with key strategic brands and agencies
  • Drive deals to closure
  • Retain and grow revenue from advertisers
  • Provide clients with the highest level of fullfunnel media solutions and customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams globally across ecommerce, product, marketing, legal, and engineering
Product Management

  • Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on ByteDance products to deliver measurable results for clients
  • Serve as an external product consultant on properties that are owned and operated by ByteDance
  • Analyze data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and ByteDance's marketing solutions
Campaign Planning and Management

  • Facilitate clients' ad campaigns from start to finish
  • Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
  • Plan and build compelling storylines and datadriven presentations that are customized to clients' business and problems

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
  • More than seven years of experience in ecommerce or ad sales marketing and development, or a salesrelated support function in FMCG industry
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of FMCG industry
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of digital media strategy, ad metrics, and platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in working with crossfunctional teams
  • Experience with analyzing data and delivering actionable insights
  • Selfstarter, fast learner with a cando spirit
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
