- 根据公司指南处理退款和取消事宜。
- 始终保持积极和专业的举止。
- 遵守公司政策和程序。
- 为积极和协作的团队环境做出贡献。

任职资格
- 普通话流利(听说读写)。
- 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。
- 强大的问题解决和分析能力。
- 能够同时优先处理和管理多项任务。
- 熟练掌握计算机技能,包括 Microsoft Office 套件。
- 对旅行充满热情,并渴望帮助他人。
- 拥有客户服务经验者优先。

About the Role


In this exciting role, you will be the first line of contact for our valued travelers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

You will answer their questions, address their concerns, and help them navigate the booking process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and activities.
  • Research and provide accurate information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Process refunds and cancellations according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for travel and a strong desire to help others.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.

Pay:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
