**Job description**

岗位职责:
- 客户支持:通过电话、邮件、在线聊天等多种渠道,为客户提供有关加密货币和区块链项目的咨询和支持,解决客户问题,提升客户满意度。处理客诉问题,做好相应文档记录。
- 客户关系维护:建立和维护客户关系,了解客户需求,收集客户反馈,及时向相关部门传递客户需求和建议。基础的社群搭建工作。不定时进行用户回访。处理用户操作审核。
- 知识库维护与学习:维护和更新客户服务知识库,确保团队成员能够及时获取最新的信息和支持;主动学习和了解加密货币和区块链行业的知识和动态,提升自身的专业素养。
- 服务流程优化:积极参与客户服务流程的优化,提高客户服务质量和效率。
- 团队协作:与团队成员紧密合作,共同解决客户问题和需求,提升团队整体绩效。
- 数据分析与改进:收集和分析客户反馈数据,发现客户需求和问题,向相关部门提出改进建议,提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
- 跨部门协作:与公司内外的其他部门和团队紧密合作,共同解决客户问题和需求。配合运营宣传推广活动。
- 其他任务:执行上级安排的其他临时性工作。
岗位要求:
- 学历:本科及以上学历,计算机科学、金融、商业管理等相关专业优先。
- 经验:具有至少1年以上加密货币、区块链或相关领域的客服经验。
- 技能:熟悉加密货币和区块链技术的基本原理和运行机制;具备良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力;熟练运用各种办公软件和客户服务工具;良好的团队协作精神。
- 语言:良好的英语能力。学习沟通能力强。
- 态度:积极主动,能够适应快速变化的环境;具有团队合作精神能够注重细节和客户满意度为客户提供高质量专业的支持。发现问题善于总结问题。

**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
