We are looking for an Intern to be working in HR and heavily involve as support for Talent Acquisition.
Job summary:
Provide clerical and administrative task support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
General responsibilities:
- Support TA team in managing daytoday operations and administrative task.
- Provide support in recruitment activities & projects.
- Support in Recruitment & Onboarding process in Success Factor system administration.
Functional skills and knowledge:
- 1 Internship position for duration of 6 months.
- Someone who will be able to start immediately will be advantage.
- Able to demonstrate a basic project management skill with great communication skills & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work within a deadline and take the initiatives to run research and analytics
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Power Point, Word & Excel)
- A highly motivated, collaborative team player & willing to learn.
- Detailoriented.
- Ability to adapt in fastpaced environment.
