Responsibilities:_

  • Issue PO for order material / services upon request & contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve problems.
  • Good receiving in system, matching DO & Invoice with PO, verify and pass to Finance dept. to proceed payment.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
  • Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers' information and documentations.
  • Make sure purchased arrives on schedule and meets the purchaser's specifications.
  • Monitor inventory, perform buying duties when necessary, and contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries
  • Track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, and calculate relevant costs.
  • Update monthly consumption of order materials.
  • Perform any other tasks and assignment as directed by the management from time to time.

Requirement:_

  • Malaysian with junior level experience in purchasing administration skills.
  • Ability to utilize computerized inventory system, Microsoft office, SQL software and basic office equipment.
  • Responsible, resourceful, positive attitude.
  • Academic background / experience : Purchasing / Administration.
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Attendance bonus

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)
