To handle fullset of account

  • Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
  • General office administration works
  • Prepare and key in all daily accounting transactions for Account Receivables/Account Payable, (AR/AP), Cash Account Transaction (CAT) such as sales invoice, purchases invoice, credit/debit note, official receipt, payment voucher, petty cash etc.
  • Prepare related company transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly
  • To prepare, analyze and report financial results
  • Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements
  • To make sure all the invoices, payment and receipts are recorded and processed at the specific time and finish within the given dateline.
  • Able to meet deadline, able to multitask with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently
  • Perform adhoc and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Familiar in SQL system will be an advantage, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word.
  • Basic knowledge in account is required, fresh graduate are encourage to apply
  • Good team player and possess good working attitude
  • Able to multitask and perform with minimum supervision Able to multitask and perform with minimum supervision
  • Can start work immediately
  • Location : Emporis Kota Damansara
  • Working hours : Monday
  • Friday (5 Day per week)

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
