In charge of checking and scanning of sales delivery orders (DO) into the system

  • Liaise with operations/sales team for any issues noted on the sales DO
  • Perform sorting and filing of sales delivery orders
  • Perform matching of export documents (K2 Form, Custom Clearance Permit, DO)
  • Perform archiving of documents, ensuring that they are properly boxed, labelled and stored
  • Key in Goods Received Notes (GRN) according to location (FS Southern plants)
  • Attend monthly stock count
  • Perform annual fixed asset & spare parts count
  • To comply with the safety standards and policies implemented by the Company at all times and be responsible with your own safety as well as others without posing any threat, hazard or endangerment wherever you will be when representing the Company.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge in Oracle ERP is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work independently, meticulous and possess a positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
