Shift

Schedule:
8am to 5pm, latest shift is 11am to 8pm

Work Location:
Near Masjid Jamek, Kuala Lumpur

Contract Term: 3 months contract (with potential for extension and conversion to permanent positions based on performance)

Minimum Education:
Diploma and above

Salary:
Starting from RM2500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with accountrelated concerns, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including account updates, fund transfers, and bill payments.
  • Educate customers about various banking offerings, promotions, and benefits to enhance their banking experience.
  • Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and uphold the bank's service standards.
  • Maintain customer records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking products, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve overall service quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with standard office software.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields will be beneficial.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Open to working in a 24/7 shift environment.
