Customer Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and sheduling appointments for technicians.
- Coordinate all aspects related to customer interactions, including providing necessary documentation, generating reports, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Consolidate reports for clients and/or invoicing purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain good rapport with both new and existing clientele.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Excel and Words.
- Meticulous and detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with mínimal supervision.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of pest control and/or facility management is an advantage.
- Work with the Singapore Team for coordination
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
