Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and sheduling appointments for technicians.
  • Coordinate all aspects related to customer interactions, including providing necessary documentation, generating reports, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Consolidate reports for clients and/or invoicing purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain good rapport with both new and existing clientele.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Excel and Words.
  • Meticulous and detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with mínimal supervision.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of pest control and/or facility management is an advantage.
  • Work with the Singapore Team for coordination
