Attend to inbound calls in a contact centre environment.

  • Able to provide a high service level by interacting with international customers with an aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Able to resolve customer queries and issues with an aim to provide a first call resolution.
  • A good listener with an ability to establish a good report with the customers as well as attending to their needs to offer relevant product, services, and solutions from the brand.
  • Have a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome (Diploma/Degree).
  • Good in communication and able to fulfil a customer needs.
  • Fast leaner and able to handle multi tasking.
  • Must be able to work on rotational shift.
