2. Membangunkan polisi HR dan memastikan semua pekerja faham dan mematuhi arahan tersebut.
3. Mengekalkan Teknik proses pengambilan mengikut kitaran memenuhi "talent acquisiton" mengikut semua peringkat dalam pelbagai bidang.
4. Menetapkan skop kerja semua staff samada di pejabat atau outlet.
5. Menjalankan orientasi pekerja baru dan memberi kaunseling kepada pekerja yang bermasalah.
6. Mengakses keperluan latihan (training) dan mengkoordinasi inisiatif perkembangan dan pembelajaran bagi semua pekerja.
7. Menguruskan pembaharuan permit dan kontrak pekerja asing.
8. Bekerjasama dengan pihak kerajaan berkaitan pekerja asing.
9. Menguruskan proses pengiraan dan pembayaran gaji daripada (report payroll sehinga bank and cash report).
10. Menyediakan ke semua report termasuk KWSP, Perkeso dan EIS, Zakat, HRDF, LHDN dan lain-lain lagi.
11. Memeriksa cash advance yang dibuat oleh HR Assistant dan meneruskan cash dan bank payment, dan menyediakan best employee dan birthday report setiap bulan.
12. Mengendalikan dan menyediakan report kaji selidik kenaikan gaji tahunan mengikut prestasi pekerja dan bonus.
13. Mengendalikan, menguruskan, menjadualkan Event dan menjadi Penganjur setiap Event (Staff Entertainment - Event di Polperro dan lain-lain lagi) turut membuat budget setiap Event.
14. Sentiasa memantau tugasan-tugasan HR Assistant yang diberikan.
15. Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh pihak Top Management.
**Salary**: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
