The Area Sales Executive is responsible for achieving the Sales & Distribution objectives of the company in the assigned area.

The Area Sales Executive also provides ongoing support to the assigned area to ensure sales & operation meet its departmental objectives profitably.


  • To manage, provide training (SOP and Field Training) and motivate sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales target set.
  • Develop and manage distribution network efficiently and effectively to achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop sales strategies in assigned territory and set target for the sales team.
  • Collect customer and market feedback to be reported to the superior.
  • Monitoring sales team performance to ensure sales team achieves its KPIs.
  • Analyzing sales data and providing sales forecast.
  • Ensure the efficient running for the following areas:
  • Ensure good maintenance of the customer accounts correctly and avoid CBT case.
  • Maintain a correct and effective correspondence system between sales team and sales operation team (admin and account)
  • Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the Company's premises.
  • Ensure sales operation team always carry out SOP set.
  • Ensure execution excellent in all promotions & activities initiated by the Key Account and Marketing.
  • Report to HQ of any violation of the Company's regulations or public laws, such as criminal act, doing private work, drug abuse, sexual harassment, unethical practice etc.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by his/her superior.

Pay:
RM1, RM5,894.84 per month
