Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Southern Region. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in exploring, identifying, and developing new business opportunities and prospects through strong B2B business and influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management
    • Build relationships with industry players and expand business network to support partnership strategies.
    • Develop new business venture proposals based on an evaluation of market demand and strategic fit.
    • Leverage business network and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare comprehensive supporting materials, such as sample charts, catalogues, company profile, projects references, and technical specifications to support in closing deals with clients.
    • Creating insightful account analysis base on account's performances.
    • Use Sales Funnel methodology to track customer journey, sales pipeline, and drive sales result.
    • Identify new business opportunities with house owners, architects, interior designers, and contractors to drive sales.
    • Closely follow up on prospects to create sales opportunities and increase conversion rate.
    • Drive service quality and customer satisfaction for continuous improvement.
    • Achieves sales target and net income target, analyzing variance and initiating corrective actions.
    • Communicate scheduled sales reports in accordance with organizational standards.
    • Perform regular sales analysis & reviews to evaluate promotion and sales strategy effectiveness and to identify business opportunities.
  • Requirements
    • Diploma/Degree holder in any field of studies.
    • Minimum 1 - 2 years of Business Development/Sales/Marketing experience in relation to key account sales via B2B sales channel.
    • Prior experience dealing with Building Materials or Property Development & Trade will be an added advantage.
    • Experience with using CRM analytical digital applications.
    • Candidate must be able to converse reasonably well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • We are looking for someone who is also fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with clients who speak this dialect.
    • Sales driven and independent in a fast-paced environment.
    • Great interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills to all level of customers.
    • Role is based in Tebrau, Johor Bahru, and covering the Southern Region area.
