・Sales support for existing customers (including delivery schedule adjustments, order management, production management, inventory management, etc.)
・Delivery schedule adjustments within the company
・Negotiations/coordination with company benefits (delivery schedule adjustments with Malaysian factories and overseas production factories)
・Comprehensive support for sales staff
・Support for sales staff in areas such as sales planning

Requirements:

・SPM above
・Sales Support experience for around 3 years above
・Automobile license (able to drive for commuting and work (visiting clients around once a year))
・Has own car
・Able to communicate in English, Chinese/Malay language
・Microsoft office skills
・Willing to communicate with client
