Attending to telephone calls on all enquiries such as: delivery, schedule, stock position and etc.

  • To carry out the duties as in door sales support personnel by preparing relevant in house documents like Specification Requirement Form, Internal Purchase Order, Stock Inquiry, Delivery Instruction, etc.
  • Key in customer's Purchase Order on SAP systems.
  • To handle combination calculation as to fulfil customers' orders with minimize scrap and keep stock at satisfactory level.
  • Weekly housekeeping for outstanding sales order for small quantity and close the order manually, if necessary.
  • To update outstanding sales order on monthly basis and follow up with customer for delivery requirement.
  • Regularly monitoring stock level.
  • To carry out other duties in relates to indoor sales support which may assigned by superior from time to time

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
