Your primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
Expand members' mileage accrual/redemption options and identify new partners in market:

  • Actively source, identify and evaluate new potential KrisFlyer/Kris+ partners
  • Negotiate contracts and propose commercial terms for engagement
  • Technical setup for partner onboarding
  • Launch and marketing of new partnerships

Manage and oversee existing partnerships:

  • Conduct performance reviews, plan for initiatives and strategies with each partner


Conduct contract renewal
  • Renegotiations or extensions
  • Maintain and enhance relationship with partners
  • Handle admin/servicing issues faced by partners and members
Increase KF membership base and engagement in collaboration with Marketing:

  • Identify potential areas, activities and tacticals through partners that can support membership growth and engagement
  • Explore tactical promotions with partners
  • Implement curated KF Experiences and local KF events with partners
  • Handling KF communications through social media

; Requirements:

Requirements: Degree holder preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills including interpersonal, oral, written, negotiation and presentation skills Commercially minded, organised and able to balance multiple partner relationships A good team player and collaborator with ability to multitask, work under pressure and possesses drive to achieve optimum results Relevant experience in loyalty programme/partnerships is beneficial Relevant contacts of partners in MARKET to value add to KrisFlyer / Kris+ partner ecosystem is highly desirable
