Job Description:

  • Responsible for functional areas of Human Resources & Administration including recruitment, performance management, employee welfare, payroll and employee relationship.
  • Manage employee disciplinary matters and take necessary disciplinary action.
  • Manage all aspects of payroll cycle delivery including the year-end payroll process and tax reporting.
  • Maintain and update of employee personal information file, attendance, punctuality, absence, annual leaves, medical certificate, medical claims, etc.
  • Preparation of relevant HR and Admin documentation and in-charge of government related issues such as government grant and etc.
  • Assist to conduct staff welfare activities such as festive celebrations, annual dinners, townhall, etc.


Job Requirement:


  • Well versed of the Employee Act 1955 and industrial Relation Act 1967 will be an added advantage.
  • Min 3 years relevant experience
  • Able to handle payroll
  • Compliance & Legal Knowledge
  • Familiar with recruitment process
  • Has oversee and in charge of company security guard before

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM3, RM4,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
