Roles & Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Assist in setting longterm HR objectives and priorities.

Employee Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job profiles and hiring plans.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.

Employee Relations:

  • Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers in resolving employee concerns.

Industrial Relations:

  • Professionally handle employees' grievances.
  • When required, conduct investigations on disciplinary cases including but not limited to drafting legal documents and attending to the labor office if necessary.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Monitor performance management compliance and effectiveness.

HR Policy and Process Improvement:

  • Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Implement and communicate policy changes as needed.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
  • Promote professional development and career growth opportunities.

HR Administration:

  • Oversee HR administrative tasks, including recordkeeping, documentation, and HRIS management.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication.
  • Collaborate with benefit providers and insurers to optimize benefits packages.

Legal

Compliance and Reporting:


  • Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management and regulatory compliance.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and workplace culture.
  • Organize and participate in HRrelated events and activities.

Compliance and Reporting:


  • Ensure compliance with HR and admin policies, as well as local and national labor laws.
  • Prepare reports on key HR and admin metrics for management review.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa.
  • At least three (3) years of work experience in Human Resources.
  • Have good knowledge and experience in Malaysia Employment Law and Industrial Law.
  • Independent and can work with minimum supervision and guidance.

Job Types:

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
