Job Description:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions which include: recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations and payroll administration;
  • Responsible in introducing and implementing various activities such communication, prompt resolution of grievances and etc to ensure the employeremployee relationship is developed, maintained, and improvised.
  • Manage employee conflicts and provide counselling with respect to disciplinary issues, grievances, to conduct domestic inquiries & manage industrial relations as and when required;
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Ensure HR team liaise and compliance to all statutory requirements such as the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF Act, SOCSO regulations, etc.
  • Responsible to review Compensation and Benefit scheme whenever necessaries.
  • Responsible in introducing and implementing various activities such communication, prompt resolution of grievances and etc to ensure the employeremployee relationship is developed, maintained, and improvised.
  • Cultivates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Responsible on the action of disciplinary action for underperform employees or employee who have comply misconduct.
  • Responsible in the implementation of the appropriate measurement for employee job performance evaluation (KPI).
  • Lead and ensure HR team perform accordingly.
  • Adhoc tasks assigned by senior management.

Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/ Development or equivalent qualification.

Min 5 years of working experience as HR Manager or HR Assistant Manager is required especially in Retail Industry.

Strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955, IR.

Familiarity with human resources manager job responsibilities.

Proficient knowledge of payroll software, statutory payments, claims and income tax deductions.

Excellent communication skills and management skills.

Ability to work in teams.

Ability to manage conflicts at work.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
