  • Responsible to deliver consistent experience to address customers' concerns in a customer centric manner and in accordance with the company's service standards and quality objective
  • Resolving customer feedback and complaints effectively and professionally, aiming to retain customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
